Central Indiana to Minneapolis Minnesota!

In case you have forgotten Run Central Indiana is sadly no longer in operation. We moved to Minneapolis at the beginning of 2008 and therefore it didn't make any sense to keep this site going. I tried to find someone to take over because I felt like it was a valuable resource to the running community, no one wanted the responsibility.

I wanted to give you a quick update on things here in Minneapolis and encourage you to keep following me if nothing else! We are having some great adventures. How do you sum up 8 months? Well let's see...

... I ran the Earth Day Half Marathon
... I'm training for the Twin Cities Marathon
... I'm dedicating my marathon to raising money for children in Africa through Team World Vision
... I've been racing on a USATF-MN Team
... I've written 160 posts since January at my new blog - Team Cross Runs - including a wide variety of running topics.
... I ran in -34 degree windchill (and similar temps outdoors on a regular basis) note the picture!
... I got a Garmin 205 for Christmas!

One of my most view posts this year was about Jesse Owens as a MLK Tribute.
